Qasr Al Hosn

In Downtown Abu Dhabi, visitors can learn about the city’s history at the newly restored Qasr Al Hosn fort. Built in 1761 to protect the only freshwater well on the island, the fort is Abu Dhabi’s oldest stone building and is nestled between the city’s modern skyscrapers. Next to Qasr Al Hosn is the House of Artisans – a celebration of Emirati traditions. Visitors can watch locals handcraft fishing nets, weave using date palm leaves, demonstrate pearl diving and discover the importance of ‘gahwa’ – the ritual for drinking Arabic coffee.


Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque

Abu Dhabi’s Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque is one of the world’s largest mosques and an architectural masterpiece that beautifully combines Islamic architecture and design. The stunning structure is covered by the largest dome of its kind- one of 82 white domes across the whole building and features the world’s largest hand woven carpet. While a visit by day is an unforgettable experience, the mosque is visually stunning at night when it is beautiful lit. Its majesty and scale can be seen across the city, particularly during the drive in to the city from the airport.


Qasr Al Watan

The stunning palace houses the formal offices of the President, Vice President and Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and provides visitors with an understanding of the UAE's governing traditions whilst allowing access to halls typically reserved for official state guests.


Emirates Park Zoo Abu Dhabi

Observation Deck at 300

Observation Deck at 300 is the highest vantage point in Abu Dhabi where visitors can marvel at spectacular views of the city's skyline, the Corniche, and Arabian Gulf while indulging in afternoon tea. Located on Level 74 of Tower 2 at Conrad Abu Dhabi Etihad Towers, the cafe offers tea blends or freshly ground coffee along with sweet and savoury treats, all while guests enjoy the panoramic views 300 metres above the nation's capital.

Yas Island

Yas Island is an island in Abu Dhabi. It occupies a total land area of 25 kms. It is a popular leisure island and one of the top tourism projects in Abu Dhabi. Yas Island holds the Yas Marina Circuit which has hosted the Formula one Abu Dhabi since 2009. Yas Island was named the world's leading tourism project at the World Travel Awards in November 2009. Number of activities are there and the time will run away but you will never stop.
