Imjingak Park

Imjingak Park is located on the banks of the Imjin River along the tracks of the former Gyeongui Train Line outside the city of Paju, South Korea. The park has many statues and monuments regarding the Korean War.

Odusan Observatory

The observatory is situated in the northernmost ceasefire line of the western front where the Hangang River and Imjingang River meet. It offers a wide view of Songaksan Mountain in Gaeseong to the north and 63 Building in Seoul to the south. It is a valuable unification security tourist attraction related to Imjingak, the 3rd Tunnel, and Panmunjeom (Joint Security Area) stretching along Jayu-ro Road in the northeast. Odusan Unification Observatory in Paju rests on a mountain where you can actually see North Korea with the naked eye. Odusan is five floors high with observation decks on almost all floors.

Pyeongwha Nuri Park

It has some interesting monuments and of course the Peace Bridge. The Peace Bridge was used at the end of the Korean War to exchange thousands of prisoners of war from both sides.

N Seoul Tower

The N Seoul Tower, officially the YTN Seoul Tower and commonly known as Namsan Tower or Seoul Tower, is a communication and observation tower located on Nam Mountain in central Seoul, South Korea. The 236-meter-tall tower marks the second highest point in Seoul. It was established at the highest point to glance at the most beautiful images of Seoul. It is also Korea's first general radio wave tower from 1969, delivering TV and radio broadcasting in the metropolitan area. The tower's observatory offers an unobstructed view of the whole city, allowing it to become one of the all-time favorite attractions of Seoul citizens as well as domestic and international tourists.

Myeongdong Market

Myeongdong is one of Seoul's main shopping districts featuring mid-to-high priced retail stores and international brand outlets, including Lacoste, Polo Ralph Lauren, H&M, Zara, Forever 21, Bulgari and Louis Vuitton, as well as Korean cosmetics brands such as Nature Republic, Missha, The Face Shop and Skin Food.

Yongdusan Park

Yongdusan Park is a park located in Jung-gu, Busan, South Korea. It sits on Yongdu Mountain (or Yongdusan) which is one of the three famous mountains in Busan. The mountain was originally called Songhyun Mountain, referring to a mountain with sea view through the dense pine tree forest. It was later renamed to Yongdu Mountain as the mountain peak was shaped similar to a dragon's head, protecting the area from foreign sea invaders. The park offers a beautiful view of Busan Port and the surrounding scenery.

Busan Tower

Busan Tower is a 120-metre-high tower at Yongdusan Park, located in Jung-gu, Busan, South Korea. Busan Tower was built in 1973. It is only used for entertainment purposes and doesn't have any transmitting equipment. This tower is a symbol of Busan with an altitude of 69m, 120m high. There are two elevators for the observation deck, which has two floors modeled after Bulguksa Daboh tower.

Jagalchi Fishery Market

Jagalchi Market is Korea's largest seafood market, selling both live and dried fish. Most of the people who sell fish are women, so the vendors here are called Jagalchi Ajumma, "ajumma" meaning middle-aged or married woman in Korean. This market represents Busan and is famous throughout the country. Visitors can eat fresh raw fish right at the market. Even nowadays visitors can see women selling mackerel, sea squirts and whale meat on wooden boxes along the road outside of the market and along the shore.

BIFF Square

Located near to Jagalchi Metro Station, BIFF Square is a great place to go to shop for souvenirs and have great street food. Many stalls selling Korean snacks such as tteokbokki, fish cake, sundae and mandu, all within a reasonable price. Good experience to stand by a stall to eat food in the cold weather.

Haedong Yonggungsa Temple

Haedong Yonggung Temple is a Buddhist temple in Gijang-gun, Busan, South Korea. The temple was built in 1376 by the teacher known as Naong during the Goryeo Dynasty, and was originally known as Bomun Temple. It is one of the only oceanside Buddhist temples in all of South Korea. It is also one of the country’s most unique places of worship. With more than 600 years of history, the temple is known for its unusual location and mystical occurrences.

Haeundae Beach

Haeundae Beach is an urban beach in Busan, South Korea. Often dubbed one of the country's most famous and popular beaches, it is located in the eponymous Haeundae District. The beach is open year-round, and various festivals are held there throughout the year.

Dalmajigil Road

Called Busan's Montmartre, Dalmaji-gil Road is famous for its views of the blue ocean, white sandy beach, Camellia forest, and pine tree forest, creating one of Busan's eight scenic sites. Haeundae Dalmaji Hill and the moon seen from Cheongsapo are added to the eight scenic sites for their beautiful ambience.

Oryukdo Skywalk

Oryukdo Skywalk is a very scenic and fascinating place in Busan. It is located in a very strategic position where you have a broader view of Busan’s blue and surrounding islets. Oryukdo is one of the only two sites in Busan that is classified as a National Cultural Heritage Scenic Site. The interesting nature’s wonder gave the place its name because they look like five or six separate islands depending on the tides and days. “O” means 5 and “ryuk” means 6 in Korean. This area, including Oryukdo Island and Igidae Coastal Park, was created by volcanic eruptions 80 million years ago. It is believed that Oryukdo Island was originally a small peninsula attached to the mainland, but later it got separated by erosion.

Gyeongju National Museum

The Gyeongju National Museum is a museum in Gyeongju, North Gyeongsang Province, South Korea. Its holdings are largely devoted to relics of the Silla kingdom, of which Gyeongju was the capital. Gyeongju is known as “the museum without walls” because of the vast number of cultural properties and archaeological sites of the city.

Gyeongbok Palace

Built in 1395, Gyeongbokgung Palace is commonly referred to as the Northern Palace because its location is furthest north when compared to the neighboring palaces of Changdeokgung (Eastern Palace) and Gyeonghuigung (Western Palace) Palace. Gyeongbokgung Palace is arguably the most beautiful, and remains the largest of all five palaces.

Wolji Pond

Wolji is an artificial pond that was originally located near the Silla palace called Banwolseong. The pond was part of the complex, constructed on the orders of King Munmu in 674. The pond measures 200 meters from east to west and 180 meters from north to south.

Cheomseongdae

Cheomseongdae is an astronomical observatory in Gyeongju, South Korea. Cheomseongdae is the oldest surviving astronomical observatory in Asia, and possibly even the world. It was constructed in the 7th century in the kingdom of Silla, whose capital was Seorabeol, or present-day Gyeongju. It is a familiar symbol on Korean coins and in travel literature. It is listed as no. 31 on the official list of National Treasures of Korea.

Cheonmachong

Cheonmachong, formerly Tomb No.155 in South Korea, is a tumulus located in Gyeongju, South Korea. The name "Cheonmachong" means Sky horse tomb. This tomb was built in the style of Silla. It is popularly known as the 'Heavenly Horse Tomb' because of a painting of that animal on a birch-bark saddle-flap found within it. There were over 140 other treasures inside which included a magnificent gold crown, gold jewellery, a gold girdle, and a blue glass cup. Several items from the tomb feature on the official list of National Treasures of Korea.

Seokguram Grotto

The Seokguram Grotto is a hermitage and part of the Bulguksa temple complex. It lies four kilometers east of the temple on Mt. Tohamsan, in Gyeongju, South Korea. It is classified as National Treasure No. 24 by the South Korean government and is located at 994, Jinhyeon-dong, Gyeongju-si, Gyeongsanbuk-do. Seokguram Grotto portrays the enlightenment of Buddha and Bulguksa Temple represents the Buddhist utopia taking its form in the terrestrial world. The two sites are closely linked physically, historically and culturally and all of their key components are included within the boundaries of the property.

Bulguksa Temple

Bulguksa is located on the slopes of Mount Toham. It is a head temple of the Jogye Order of Korean Buddhism and encompasses six National treasures of South Korea, including the Dabotap and Seokgatap stone pagodas, Cheongun-gyo, and two gilt-bronze statues of Buddha. Bulguksa Temple is a representative relic of Buddhist culture from the Silla kingdom. The temple was built during the 15th year of King Beopheung's reign (514-540) to wish for peace and prosperity for all.

Shilla Art & Science Museum

Silla Arts and Science Museum is a private history and science museum located in the district of Gyeongju Folk Craft Village, Ha-dong, Gyeongju, North Gyeongsang, South Korea. It was established to provide an opportunity that children and youths visiting Gyeongju could know the root of Korean science. The museum in housed in a two-story building with a basement and consists of six exhibition halls according to theme. The first exhibition room located on the first floor presents a total of seven subjects while the second exhibition room located on the basement displays models of Seokguram grotto, one of representative tangible cultural properties of Gyeongju. The third exhibition room on the west part of the second floor exhibits a model of the bronze bell at Sangwonsa temple in the real size and presents information of bell-making process.

Yeouido Han

Yeouido is a large island on the Han River in Seoul, South Korea. It is Seoul's main finance and investment banking district. Its 8.4 square kilometers are home to some 30,988 people. The island is located in the Yeongdeungpo-gu district of Seoul, and largely corresponds to the precinct of Yeoui-dong.

Itaewon

Itaewon is known for its cosmopolitan dining and nightlife, with Korean BBQ restaurants, and upscale bistros, as well as low-key kebab shops catering to a late-night crowd. Casual beer bars and gay pubs sit alongside hip dance clubs where DJs spin hip-hop and house. Indie stores selling homeware line Itaewon Antique Furniture Street. It is a popular neighborhood in Seoul, South Korea known for its multicultural atmosphere and vibrant nightlife.
